Today I published a paper with the Free Enterprise Group called ‘Capitalism for the Little Guy — JAMs today’, published by the Institute for Economic Affairs. The paper looks at four markets that we all use everyday, but which are gummed up, and are failing consumers.
I lay out some proposals to boost competition, and drive better outcome for consumers across the energy, retail banking, broadband and mobile phone (spectrum) sectors.
You can read my report here. I also wrote a column in today’s Daily Telegraph setting out the proposals, which is available here.
